Anthony Battaglia - Director/Principal
Anthony is a director at Patch Design+Plan. He has worked within the planning and design industry for over 20 years and during this time he has gained experience in both the public and private sectors as a consultant, project manager and development manager.

The knowledge and expertise he has gained has enabled Anthony to successfully work on a broad range of strategic planning, master planning and design projects throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. These projects have varied from large scale master plans and urban design strategies, to activity centre design and creating specific site responsive guidelines.

Jessica Paolini - Associate
Passionate about shaping communities, Jessica brings over 15 years of experience in masterplanning and urban design. Her career spans both the private sector and collaborative work with the public sector, contributing to the creation of viable, sustainable communities.
Jessica’s strengths lie in her well-rounded expertise and strong communication skills. She has developed a deep understanding of urban design, land subdivision, neighbourhood planning, and community consultation, supported by highly developed project coordination capabilities.
Her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling graphic plans—paired with a strong working relationship with project teams—ensures the successful delivery of projects ranging from small-scale developments to large masterplanned communities. Jessica’s expertise in optimising land use, ensuring compliance, and managing stakeholder engagement adds value at every stage of the design and development process.
